How long does it take?
Your kit ships 7–10 days after we receive your photos.
When is the Christmas deadline?
US orders: order by December 5 for Christmas delivery. International orders: order by November 20. Every canvas is drawn by hand, so spots are limited.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. US shipping is a flat $9.95. International shipping is calculated by country and included in your secure payment link, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Any customs fees or import taxes are paid by the recipient. International delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks after your kit ships.
What sizes do you offer?
Two sizes: our classic 8x10 and the 5x7 Mini, which makes a great stocking stuffer. Same kit, same custom paints, just a smaller canvas.
Do we need painting experience?
Not at all. Your design is pre-drawn and your colors are pre-mixed. Just follow the lines and enjoy each other.
Can it be a surprise?
Yes. Send photos you already have of your partner, tell us it's a surprise, and we'll ship it gift-ready.
What photos do you need?
One clear, front-facing photo of each partner, taken in daylight with no filters. Phone photos are perfect.
How do I pay?
After you reserve, we email or text you a secure payment link within 24 hours. Your kit goes into production once payment is complete.
